Choose a page from the list at left. If you are signed in, try creating your own New Page.

1. Click on the EDIT button (above right) to put your own content on the page.
2. Assuming your embed code is already on your clipboard,

3. Click on the embed widget that looks like a TV
4. Choose Video from category list (left)
5. Paste your embed code in the box
6. Click Save
